Supporting our commercial customers (advice, troubleshooting, bug fixing) takes precedence over all other support requests. Requests for enhancements are also considered based on the business case.

Note that installing the standard, free sDNA is sufficient to test compatibility with your systems. sDNA+ uses exactly the same download as sDNA, with an enhanced serial number used to unlock professional features.
